In September 2019, Steve Caradoc-Davies was named Chief Executive Officer of Harcourts International. Mr Caradoc-Davies leads the executive leadership team to support the long-term vision of the business, while continuing to add greater value to the franchise business owners and their teams, who are the foundation of the Harcourts Group.

Prior to joining the corporate leadership team at Harcourts, Mr Caradoc-Davies was business owner of the number one Harcourts franchise office from 2014-2019 in South Africa, Harcourts Platinum, which also achieved an international Harcourts Top 20 ranking from 2014-2019. He has played an active role in Harcourts South Africa, serving as a director on the board since 2005.

An accomplished businessperson, industry thought leader and keynote speaker with specific interest in strategic business and team growth, Mr Caradoc-Davies is based in Brisbane, Australia.

Steffi Andruchiw

Chief Strategy Officer

Steffi Andruchiw joined the Harcourts group in 2012, having had an international career with Deloitte and Flight Centre Limited. As Chief Financial Officer for the group for six years she focused on profitable growth and now as Chief Strategy Officer, is focused on leading the future strategy of Harcourts in an ever changing environment. Based in Brisbane, Australia and with over 20 years of experience, she is a key member of the Harcourts International Executive Team. Steffi is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has an MBA from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

After six years as CFO, Steffi took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer in April 2018.  As Chief Strategy Officer Steffi works directly with the Heads of Departments ensuring from a strategic perspective that our marketing, training, technology, events and core systems and resources are effective, relevant and evolving to the future needs of our clients and our entire network. We are focused on bringing our Harcourts Vision of providing “the finest experience in real estate” to life.

Originally beginning her career with Deloitte, Kym has an outstanding background in franchising, being ex-CFO of the Coffee Club, as well as experience in advertising and digital change through News Limited. She also currently works in the not for profit space as board chair of the Hummingbird House Foundation.

Mike Green

Mike Green

Executive Director Operations AREINZ

Mike has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is the former owner of Harcourts franchise, Mike Green Real Estate Ltd (Auckland).

With nine offices and over 150 people, the operation achieved No 1 Harcourts Franchise for New Zealand for four consecutive years. Moving to Queensland, Australia in 1997, Mike and Irene Green were responsible for the establishment and growth of Harcourts' Australian arm. Taking over as Managing Director of Harcourts International in December 1999, Mike then became responsible for the overall operation and direction of Harcourts' group of companies, growing the organisation to now encompass over 10,000 people operating in nine countries. Now, as Executive Director Operations, Mike continues to lead strategic initiatives for the global network.

Paul Wright

Paul Wright

Co-Owner and Director, Harcourts International

Paul has invested 30 years in growing Harcourts. His drive and enthusiasm in his leadership roles coupled with his experience in real estate sales and management has been pivotal in the successful expansion of the Harcourts Group.

His expertise in franchise growth through Master Licensing, Joint Venturing, Mergers and Acquisitions has helped Harcourts reach office numbers to nearly 800 offices in the last 10 years.

Previously Executive Director of Harcourts since mid 2010, and Chairman of the Harcourts International Board. Along with Mike Green, Paul is one of two owners of Harcourts International Ltd.

Irene Green

Irene Green

Director of Professional Development

Beginning with Harcourts as a real estate business owner Irene and husband Mike were the number 1 franchise for New Zealand. Moving to Australia in 1997 the duo began the global expansion of Harcourts and ultimately purchased the company with partner Paul Wright in 2000.

Irene believed a strong focus on growing their people would be their point of difference and has been an integral part of Harcourts Academy for over 25 years introducing successful and diverse programmes in Harcourts training rooms across 10 countries as well as online. As Head of the Academy Irene was the driving force behind becoming a Registered Training Organisation in Australia in 2004 and developing affiliations with industry training providers in New Zealand, South Africa and Indonesia. As Harcourts continues to grow Irene is responsible for the professional development of Harcourts corporate teams, travelling frequently to support our existing operations dotted around the globe. Inducted into the Harcourts Hall of Fame in 2013 for outstanding contribution Irene continues to champion international projects such as Harcourts Inspirational Women, Harcourts Future Leaders and Team culture initiatives. Irene holds a diploma in teaching, a diploma in workplace education and a diploma in business (real estate).

Gilbert Enoka

Gilbert Enoka

Board Member

Internationally renowned mental skills coach, Gilbert had been a highly sought after figure with the All Blacks, the Canterbury Crusaders Super Rugby Team, the Silver Ferns Netball Team, and the New Zealand Cricket Team over many years as well as some of New Zealand's top CEOs and business people. In 2016, after 13 years with Harcourts, and 10 successful years as General Manager, Gilbert was chosen to join the New Zealand All Blacks in a full-time role, staying on with Harcourts as a Board Member and advisor.

Gilbert joined Harcourts in late 2003 when appointed to head the unique Harcourts Academy. Making a significant impact he was appointed General Manager in mid 2006.

Based in Christchurch, Gilbert is a highly skilled practitioner who has worked on performance enhancement for over 20 years with many of our corporate and sporting elite including Harcourts.
