Harcourts continues to grow internationally and to facilitate this growth, the group have recently promoted Tina Sander as Head of International.
As Head of International, Ms Sander is responsible for the operations and growth of Harcourts’ International Department and each country that the group currently conducts business in outside of Australasia, including the United States, South Africa, Indonesia and China.
As part of her busy role, Ms Sander travels extensively to each of the countries to ensure each team is functioning effectively, the culture is strong and they are utilising The Harcourts Way, including the business planning, systems, tools, training and marketing products that Harcourts provides to their teams globally
Since commencing with Harcourts five and a half years ago, Ms Sander has operated in a variety of roles, constantly developing and evolving within the company.
Tina began her time at Harcourts as Academy Administration and Reception support with Harcourts Queensland, then after 18 months, jumped at the chance to move into the role of Business Operations Manager.
After nearly two years as Business Operations Manager, Tina was then appointed as International Operations Manager for Harcourts in November 2009 before accepting the Head of International role in March 2012.
Mike Green, Harcourts International’s Managing Director, is confident that Ms Sander’s passion and expertise will help to drive the group’s international growth strategy.
