David has 27 years’ experience as a chartered accountant, and his involvement with Harcourts began during joint venture discussions in 2003 between his business, Brock Real Estate and Harcourts South Australia. David was previously the chairman of the Brock Harcourts South Australia board since the company’s inception and has been a board member of Harcourts International since 2013.

Adrian McFedries joined the Harcourts International Board in 2007, when he was invited to provide his expertise in growing large franchised companies across the globe to assist our Group’s global expansion. He has been an active investor, board member or advisor to the likes Flight Centre, Pandora Jewellery, Grill’d, OPSM, Emirates Leisure Retail, ANZ, Telstra, and Aussie and co-owner of Jetts 24Hour Fitness which as Managing Director he was instrumental in leading the transition to an international business.

After eight years’ service on the International Board of Harcourts, Adrian took on the role of Chief Strategy Officer in 2016. Adrian is regarded as a “game changer” with a long track record of rapid, profitable growth in businesses with distributed networks that are more often than not, changing the game in their industry. As Chief Strategy Officer Adrian works directly with the Heads of Departments ensuring from a strategic perspective that our marketing, training, technology, events and core systems and resources are effective, relevant and evolving to the future needs of our clients and our entire network.

Stephen Collins

Stephen Collins

Board Member

In 1985, Stephen Collins merged his Christchurch-based business, Collins Real Estate with Harcourts offices based in Wellington, and grew the company into a franchised business across the country. In 1992, Stephen conducted a management buyout of the company with the aim of creating more of an industry-led business. By the end of 1992, Stephen, together with his management group made up of Paul Wright, Bob Cooper and Jo-Anne Clifford, were the proud owners of Harcourts.

Mike Green

Mike Green

Managing Director AREINZ

Mike has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is the former owner of Harcourts franchise, Mike Green Real Estate Ltd (Auckland).

Mike Green Real Estate Ltd consisted of nine offices and over 130 people. The operation achieved No 1 Harcourts Franchise for New Zealand for four consecutive years. Moving to Queensland, Australia in 1997, Mike has been responsible for the establishment and growth of Harcourts’ Australian arm. Taking over as Managing Director of Harcourts International in December 1999, Mike is now responsible for the overall operation and direction of Harcourts’ group of companies, and with Paul Wright, is one of two owners of Harcourts International Ltd.

Paul has invested 30 years in growing Harcourts. His drive and enthusiasm in his leadership roles coupled with his experience in real estate sales and management has been pivotal in the successful expansion of the Harcourts Group.

His expertise in franchise growth through Master Licensing, Joint Venturing, Mergers and Acquisitions has helped Harcourts reach office numbers to nearly 800 offices in the last 10 years.

Previously Executive Director of Harcourts since mid 2010, Paul is now Chairman of the Harcourts International Board. Along with Mike Green, Paul is one of two owners of Harcourts International Ltd.

Gilbert Enoka

Gilbert Enoka

Board Member

Internationally renowned mental skills coach, Gilbert had been a highly sought after figure with the All Blacks, the Canterbury Crusaders Super Rugby Team, the Silver Ferns Netball Team, and the New Zealand Cricket Team over many years as well as some of New Zealand's top CEOs and business people. In 2016, after 13 years with Harcourts, and 10 successful years as General Manager, Gilbert was chosen to join the New Zealand All Blacks in a full-time role, staying on with Harcourts as a Board Member and advisor.

Gilbert joined Harcourts in late 2003 when appointed to head the unique Harcourts Academy. Making a significant impact he was appointed General Manager in mid 2006.

Based in Christchurch, Gilbert is a highly skilled practitioner who has worked on performance enhancement for over 20 years with many of our corporate and sporting elite including Harcourts.

Irene Green

Irene Green

Head of Harcourts Academy

Irene has been an integral part of Harcourts for over 20 years. From developing the systems and programmes for inducting and coaching new sales consultants to delivering Sales, Management and Specialist Field training programmes.

Irene, along with Mike, moved to Brisbane, Queensland in 1997 to lead the growth of Harcourts in to Australia and continues to play a key role in the international growth of the group.

Irene was hugely involved in developing and writing THW and is a frequent speaker at conferences. The driving force behind the RTO in Australia, with a diploma in teaching and qualifications in advanced presentation skills, communication and leadership, Irene takes responsibility for the vision, strategic progress and ongoing development of Harcourts academy internationally.

Steffi Andruchiw

Steffi Andruchiw

Chief Financial Officer

Steffi joined Harcourts International Limited as Chief Financial Officer in early 2012 and is responsible for all finance, treasury, legal and company secretarial matters across the group internationally.

Based in Brisbane, Steffi Andruchiw is an experienced finance executive with a career spanning over 15 years in England and Australia.

Prior to joining Harcourts, Steffi worked for Flight Centre Limited for almost five years in various senior finance roles across Asia and the global corporate businesses. Prior to this, she was a Client Director with Deloitte supporting large and small fast growing businesses in Sydney and Brisbane.

Steffi qualified as an accountant in the UK in 2002, is currently studying an MBA with the University of Queensland and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Julianna Forsyth

Julianna Forsyth

Head of Harcourts Complete

As part of the Harcourts International team, Julianna Forsyth is the Head of Harcourts Complete, responsible for driving this area across the entire group.

Based in Sydney, Julianna's focus is to work with the teams at Strand Conveyancing, Mortgage Express and Harcourts Connect across Australasia, to establish a national structure and develop business plans covering marketing, communication, technology and much more.

She also works with Harcourts Operations Managers for Property Management to build on the great work already done in developing and delivering a 'Harcourts Way' for property management.

While beginning her working life in a law firm, in recent times Julianna has worked with the Real Training Team providing training, coaching and technology to clients throughout New Zealand, Australia, the UK and South Africa, including speaking at AREC. Having spent 10 years leading a team of twenty plus commission only agents into the world of client benefit systems, Julianna brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise within the real estate industry and is an outstanding member of the Harcourts team.

Gregg is responsible for the Mobile Strategy and eBusiness Division for Harcourts International.

 

The eBusiness divisions is focused on the development and implementation of Mobile tools and services that assist Business Owners, Sales Consultants, Property Managers increase their Profile and Productivity.

Prior to joining Harcourts in 2006, Gregg was the Director of Strategic Development for Prudential California Realty, the 4th largest Real Estate network in the US, before being acquired by HomeServices of America, a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate.

From 1994 to 2000, Gregg was Director of Strategic Development for the   Ray White Real Estate Group. As Director, Gregg was a key member of the management team who was responsible for supporting and expanding the network throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Gregg lives in Adelaide where he began his Real Estate career in 1989.

Technology is changing the way we work and interact. Essential to operating a franchise business the size of Harcourts, Jason and his team constantly develop and maintain systems to keep our organisation at the forefront of technology.

Following 14 years of experience in the business and technical applications of computers and communications, Jason joined Harcourts in 1996.

Based in Christchurch, he is a highly experienced business consultant, who specialises in the specific focus of information technology in real estate. Jason's key responsibilities include the international overview, development, and implementation of technology.

Katie McAleese

Katie McAleese

Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing, Katie takes on the responsibility for the Harcourts group of brands internationally.

Based in Auckland, Katie's focus is to develop and implement the direction of the Harcourts brand and associated companies across our international markets. Working with a team of brand managers and area marketing managers, Katie implements and gives direction on marketing initiatives both to our internal and external audiences.

Since joining Harcourts in 2005, Katie has held various roles within the organisation including working as a sales consultant in the Auckland market. Katie worked in the Harcourts marketing department for three years before accepting the role as Head of Marketing in 2012.
